Click on Plastics charges at a table rate of for every package we send. Smaller packages with a value less than £10 will be charged £2.50 for carriage and, where possible, will be delivered by Royal mail. Shipments with a value of £10.00 - £500.00 will cost £10.00 - £15.00 per shipment (depending on weight). And orders £500.00 + will cost £25.00 per shipment (again, depending on weight). In order to supply all our customers with great delivery times we will send most of our products via the Tuffnells and TNT carrier networks. We aim for your goods to arrive with you in 1 or 2 working days (Monday – Friday), however if there are stock issues involved with your order you will be informed by E-mail and where possible an alternative will be offered, and an expected delivery date will be advised.

Special ordered items (those not listed within our online catalogue) may not follow this standard table rate and may have different costs depending on the dimensions of the package. You will be informed of the expected shipping costs when receiving a quotation from one of our staff.

Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday – Friday we will aim to dispatch the same day for a faster delivery time.

You can send your goods back to Click on Plastics within 7 working days with the original packaging, delivery note and the goods in the original condition (I.E. Not drilled or machined) and we will review the condition of the materials and issue a refund or replacement. However, we will only refund for the value of the goods and not for the cost of the shipping.
